SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout. 

Tracking: All orders come with tracking details, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, please email us at teacherspot@mail.com. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., wrong colour/variant), please contact us and we’ll assist you.
